**We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to ensure all contractual deliverables are met in this contract. In this role, you will carry out the duties of AP Fire Doors in accordance with the BM Trada accredited scheme, maintaining your personal training and appointment as AP up to date.**

**You will also ensure that sufficient CP Fire Doors are trained and appointed to the BM Trada accredited scheme.**

***

**You will supervise the Building Fabric Maintenance team, including Tradesmen, Maintenance Assistants, and specialist subcontractors, ensuring all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks for Building Fabric works are completed safely and within contract timelines. Additionally, you will assist in ensuring all Statutory Compliance tasks for Building Fabric are up to date.**

**Your responsibilities also include advising ISS Service Managers and Trust staff, and participating in the emergency on-call rota to provide an out-of-hours breakdown service across all Estates functions.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **To assist in ensuring all contractual deliverables are adhered to in this contract****:

- **Carry out the duties of AP Fire doors in accordance with the BM Trada accredited scheme and keep personal training and appointment as AP up to date at all times****:

- **Ensure sufficient CP Fire doors are trained and appointed to the BM Trada accredited scheme****:

- **Supervises the Building Fabric Maintenance team comprising Tradesmen, Maintenance Assistants as well as specialist subcontractors ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks for Building Fabric works are carried out safely and within the contract completion timescales****:

- **Assist in ensuring that all Statutory Compliance tasks for Building Fabric for the site is up to date at all times****:

- **Assists and advises ISS Service Managers and Trust staff****:

- **Participate in emergency on-call rota in order to provide an out-of-hours breakdown service across all Estates functions***

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**

***
- **Technical supervision experience in Hard FM Facilities with Building Fabric bias****:

- **Experience working as a fully qualified Building Fabric Technician / Carpenter****:

- **Minimum O.N.D in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Subject or similar experience****:

- **Good verbal & written communication skills****:

- **Ability to interpret complex information in order to interrogate data**
