**Manchester Metropolitan University Business School** is a triple accredited business school (EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA), placing us within a global elite of institutions for business education and research. The Department of Operations, Technology, Events and Hospitality Management is an ambitious, large, and diverse department within the Business School. With over 2000 students and 60 academic staff. The Department delivers a wide range of courses covering undergraduate, postgraduate, professional and commercial programmes, including the sector-leading degree apprenticeships programme - Digital & Technology Solutions.

Ideally you will have experience with Digital Transformation projects, Digital Strategy and Digitalisation within Organisations. Experience in technical domains and coding languages/enterprise systems is a plus as will be experience in the consulting sector and experience in managing stakeholders and teams.

We are looking to appoint a** Tutor **to support our teaching team and ensure that our students get the best possible student experience. The appointee will work with the operations team to deliver excellent teaching on a variety of programmes and support students with teaching and assignment related tasks. This role includes personal tutoring and supervision tasks.

**About You**

You will:

- Have experience of working with learners as coach, advisor or mentor to improve individual performance and wellbeing
- Be able to work collaboratively and proactively with academics and professional services colleagues
- Have excellent team working, communication, organisation and digital skills

This is a permanent fractional role of 0.3 Full Time Equivalent (0.3 FTE)
