Forklift Trainer

**Company Forklift Trainer**:
As a result of our continued expansion plans and our ongoing success we are seeking to appoint a Company Forklift Trainer, reporting into the Health & Safety Manager.

**Job purpose**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivery of full forklift training for new colleagues
- Delivery of refresher training for qualified forklift drivers
- Act as a mentor in order to train, review and monitor performance to help learners obtain the required licenses.
- Provide prompt and constructive feedback to learners as part of the learning process.
- Delivery of quality training that is second-to-none
- Good levels of administration in maintaining documentation.

**Person Spec**:

- Possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Be computer literate with previous experience in using Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a full UK Driving License and be willing to travel extensively with frequent overnight stays
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a qualified forklift driver
