Currently seeking an all round Handyperson. The role will be ideal for someone that has previous construction or maintenance based experience.

The project will be ongoing and required to work Monday to Friday full time hours. Attitude and willingness to lend a hand is key for this role

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 0800 start.

Pay: £12.50 per hour

**You will be required to help finish the new unit, this will include**:

- Cleaning, prepping and painting walls
- Pulling weeds and keeping area clean and tidy
- Dig out flooring and level out in preparation for gravel
- Adding and installing finishing touches i.e lighting, racking and ramp
- Putting in ceiling panels and finishing off flooring
- Instal and paint sign boards
- General tidy and upkeep of the site

**The ideal person will**:

- Be happy with manual handling and safe working practices
- Able to lend a hand where needed and follow specific plans and directions outlined by the manager on site.
- Have a good knowledge of general building and maintenance
- Happy to work on off their own initiative
