We are seeking a dedicated morning Receptionist to be the main point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable stay. **Responsibilities**:

- Check guests out efficiently and make sure that their stay has gone well. Handle the payment process.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for guests. - Take charge of daily finance figures, safe checks & till preparation.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred, although a full training will be provided.
- Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to handle various guest service scenarios.

Pay: £11.50 per hour
