**Location: Birmingham (Solihull)**

**Salary**:
**£25 - £30K**

**Working Full**
**time 09:00 - 17:00**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Proactive and reactive customer service and sales communications
- Process orders with high levels of accuracy
- Produce all necessary export documentation ready for export (i.e. commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Being the first point of contact for established partners and re-sellers
- Tracking and updating management on order statuses as and when required
- Supporting the UK customer service team (i.e. order processing and enquiries)
- Handling high volume of calls
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Attend and represent the company at exhibitions
- Any other requirements to meet the needs of the business

**Skills/abilities and Aptitude**
- Totally customer service Focused
- Up selling and supporting the sales Director/Manager to hit targets
- Export knowledge incl logistics, documentation and international legal requirements.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Always looking for ways to continually improve personally and as a company
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Good communication Skills in both written and oral communications
- Intermediate computer skills including MS office
- Organisation and planning skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to follow processes
- Networking skills
- Reliable and Punctual
- Flexible including potential to travel internationally
