**Contract**:Permanent, full-time

**Salary**:OTE up to £33,000 (including £27,000 basic plus bonus)

**Working Hours**:40 hours per week (Monday-Friday: 08:30 - 17:00 and Saturdays 08:00-12:30 on rota basis)

PartsPlus is owned by Ford Motor Company and are true experts in their field of automotive Parts for all vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately identifying Parts for specific vehicles
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing Customers
- Provide a high level of Customer service
- Supporting our Customers to become more profitable

Qualifications:
In order to be successful in this role you must:

- Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
- Have a good telephone manner
- Be a ‘Team Player’
- Have a basic understanding of using a computer (full training of systems and software can be provided)
