Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Contract type: Permanent / Part Time option possible

Key responsibilities as a Purchasing/Administration Assistant:
**Purchasing related**
- Inquiry placement
- Requisition raising/Order placement
- (New) Supplier information chasing/maintenance
- COC & environmental credentials/product certification evidence
- Order processing - clearance for payment/PODs
- Materials/payment progress chasing
- Material price database collation/maintenance
**General Administration**
- Delivery ticket raising
- O&M Manual collation/printing
- General administration tasks
- New starter admin
**Required skills as a Purchasing/Administration Assistant**:
- Good understanding of purchasing and supply chain.
- IT and computer literate - Excel and Outlook knowledge. Experience of Sage an advantage.
- Ability to maintain and build good working relationships.
- Organised and ability to prioritise workload.
- Strong processing & communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
