**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Adherence to Applocum’s goals, especially around the adoption of our technology (App and CRM).
- Onboarding clinicians to Applocum standards within a timely manner, and meeting NHS Framework standards where required.
- To chase clinicians for documentation necessary for their chosen placements, keeping the CRM updated with documents and communication logs.
- To maintain ongoing compliance of clinicians throughout their lifespan with AppLocum through the use of excellent communication, keeping other departments updated with any changes to compliance.
- Arranging and confirming training required by clinicians.
- Requesting references for clinicians from external sources.
- To upload documents to online portals where necessary.
- Logging any clinician or client specific communication on the database.
- To support the Compliance Team Leader/Manager in preparation for any audits.

- Understanding of Employee Duty and being familiar with and follow any policies and procedures laid down to ensure workplace and individual health and safety.
In addition to the above you may be required to undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with your position, as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
We expect you to form effective and co-operative working relationships with, Colleagues, both within the Compliance Team and other departments, the Management and Leadership Team as well as Key stakeholders/external clients/community groups.
**About you**:
- Experience in data entry on CRM software (Desired)
- Knowledge of Healthcare Recruitment (Desired)
- Prior experience and competence in use of MS Office products (required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
