**Morely Trends** is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our team. As a Junior Buyer, you will play a vital role in sourcing brand new and pre-owned items from various channels at below retail/market prices. Your expertise in identifying unique pieces and negotiating with clothing companies will contribute to the success of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships within the fashion industry and shape the product offerings of a growing brand.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Research and identify sources to acquire brand new and pre-owned high-end designer items.
- Develop a network of suppliers, retailers, wholesalers, and individuals for sourcing purposes.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with current trends and demand for specific fashion brands.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive and profitable deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to determine product requirements and forecast demand accurately.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including item details, quantities, and pricing.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal product availability and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to manage logistics, shipping, and delivery of purchased items.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock turnover.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with clothing companies, retailers, and suppliers.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional network and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with vendors to build mutually beneficial partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of acquired items to ensure authenticity, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues related to the purchased items.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in buying or sourcing within the fashion industry is an advantage but not neccessary.
- Highly adaptable, this is a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of high-end designer brands, fashion trends, and the luxury market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.

**Benefits**:

- Circa £21,000 salary.
- Uncapped Monthly Comission (£20,000 Annual OTE)
