**Role Duties**:

- Fully comply with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies and professional codes
- Running daily reports and investigating large volumes of data to find and resolve differences in trade economics
- Regular communication with clients and trading desks, with focus on exception reconciliation
- Enhancing the client experience by identifying process improvements to increase the automation of daily processes
- Identifying risk and root causes of non-settlement and working with team to input resolutions
- Meeting control standards and understanding regulatory requirements
- Escalation of unmatched trades if remaining unresolved within the SLA
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by your manager or other Managers

**Essential Skills**:

- Numerate with strong analytical skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written
- Tenacity to see problems through to resolution and the initiative to identify solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to multiple deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Current or previous experience in Settlements from a Financial Services environment
- General understanding of investments within the Financial Service industry
