**1 **Responsible for**:
1.1 All logistics functions within Medi4. Fleet re positioning, decontamination, cleaning & preparation, Estates cleaning & Maintenance, Medical Equipment decontamination, cleaning & maintenance, Medical Consumables delivery, collection, restocking & packing, Base consumables restocking. Preparing equipment for events.

**2 **Liaises with**:
2.1 Logistics, Operations Management Team, Sub Contractors.

**3 **Job Summary**:
3.1 The role requires good organisational skills with an eye for perfection. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and availability of estates, fleet and equipment within Medi 4. You will be responsible to ensure equipment and supplies are available for operations. That our estate is safe and fit for purpose and that our fleet is always ready with good resilience.

**4 **Duties, Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
4.1 Take direction from the logistics Manager and supervisor for logistics functions.

4.2 Maintain the company estates in a safe and efficient state.

4.3 Ensure estate facilities are always correctly stocked and clean.

4.4 Ensure effective and efficient waste segregation and management in line with policy.

4.5 Identify estates defects ensure they are reported and fixed where appropriate.

4.6 Identify risk related to your job role and report it.

4.7 Ensure the company has the required fleet in the correct place and available to support the operational need for service delivery and resilience.

4.8 Be accountable for a clean stocked and safe vehicle fleet on your operational base.

4.9 Commission and decommission fleet as required by the company.

4.10 Ensure all vehicles are on fleetcheck and up to date for Taxation, MOT, servicing, safety inspections, deep cleaning and defect management.

4.11 Ensure vehicle keys are marked and in a secure location available to operations for use. Ensure a spare vehicle key set is available on the same operational base.

4.12 Ensure vehicle has a fuel card and pin number.

4.13 Maintain all vehicles tracking systems, ensuring heads are updated to latest software.

4.14 Ensure all vehicles & tracking information is updated on web fleet

4.15 Ensure all vehicles have an up to date vehicle information folder.

4.16 Ensure all vehicles are in a good state of repair visually to protect the Medi 4 brand.

4.17 Arrange inspections for damaged vehicles.

4.18 Ensure all medical equipment on the vehicles are on the company asset register, marked, correctly serviced, maintained, decontaminated and clean.

4.19 Update the defect register.

4.20 Ensure all equipment follows the correct defect procedure.

4.21 Examine and asses equipment for fair wear and tear so it is fit for purpose, following the correct disposal process if needed.

4.22 Ensure adequate but efficient stock is available on the operational base to provide and effective and efficient service delivery.

4.23 Maintain an economic and efficient stock rotation system

4.24 Ensure consumables are packed to the required stock levels into company bags pouches and vehicles.

4.25 Ensure all of the above are security tagged for QA purposes and that consumable items are constantly tracked to ensure no item expires in service.

4.26 Ensure adequate supplies of stock bags and pouches on operational bases allowing for a safe, effective service delivery.

4.27 Withdraw consumable items when they become 12 months from expiry date for re sale.

4.28 Maintain safe and suitable stores for the logistics operation

4.29 Ensure vehicles are deep cleaned with the appropriate equipment and supplies to the required process.

4.30 Maintain a record of all deep cleans.

4.31 Provide advice and support on the logistics support line

4.32 Any other reasonable request by the company.

**5 **Supervision Received**:
5.1 The post holder will report to the Logistics Lead for Medi 4 and will work to agreed objectives for the Company. In addition, there will be regular review and monitoring meetings. Work will be autonomous but in conjunction with instructions from the.

**6 **Special Conditions**:
6.1 The post holder must be prepared to travel to other company sites, to meet the requirements of the company for operational, training and business continuity purposes.

**7 **Work Complexity**:
7.1 The job requires great flexibility of mind and personal organisation to determine priorities and handle multiple issues at a time.
