Operational Trainer - 30 hours per week, £30,267 pro rata + London weighting

We’re looking for an experienced Operational Trainer to join the Talent & Learning team at Brandon. This role will be focused on supporting our service across Devon (Exeter & Plymouth) in their Learning & Development requirements

You’ll work as part of the team of Operational Trainers, reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager.

You’ll design & deliver mandatory & essential training within a regional area of the Brandon Trust and will have the responsibility of new starter induction, annual training requirements, the care certificate and ad hoc workplace assessment amongst otherduties.
