Exact Supplies based in Cirencester are a facilities managment distributor specialising in plumbing, heating and other core facilites managment supplies for our national account customers throughout the UK.

**Who we are looking for?**

As a Despatch Co-ordinator based in our Cirencester unit, you will work closely with our internal sales team and key suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking goods delivered and booking in.
- Allocating stock to orders.
- Packing and despatching of orders.
- Liasing with suppliers.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the order process.

**Essential**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to multi-task and embrace challenges.

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of plumbing and heating industry preferable but not essential.
