**Finance Business Partner**

**Location**:Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Hours per week: 37.5 with hybrid working 2-3 days working from home.

**Salary**:£48,000 to £50,000 per annum.

**About the role**

OSJCT are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for our North division. You will be key finance point of contact for the Divisional Director for the care settings to advise and guide on all aspects of financial management, and to drive improved financial performance.

**Other skills and experience required include**:

- Deliver commercial business partnering service to operations.
- Review and finalise regional management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver meaningful and insightful commentary which supports the accounts and reflects key business issues.
- In conjunction with divisional management, produce a rolling risks, issues and opportunities report for review.
- Regular review of KPI’s and management information to identify trends and emerging issues in order that mitigating action can be taken.
- Work collaboratively with key business partners and stakeholders to develop successful partnering relationships that work in the best interests of the Trust.
- Support in the development and upskilling of home managers and administrative staff in financial awareness.
- Ensure adoption of best-in-class accounting practice across the divisions, collaborating with peers to agree best practice and drive change.
- Support care settings in developing and delivering financial performance improvement plans.
- Work with operations to produce realistic but challenging budgets and forecasts.
- Support the business in providing greater degrees of financial accountability competence across the homes and operations.
