**Customer Team Member**
- Location: 21a Blackwoods Crescent, Moodiesburn, Glasgow, G69 0EN- Pay: £12.00 per hour- Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time- Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery- Full, paid training provided-
- You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.- We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.- When you join Co-op, you’ll get amazing benefits including 31 days holiday, a pension with up to 10% Co-op contribution, access to virtual healthcare services for you and your family, and a 30% discount on all Co-op products in our stores.- As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. - Friendly and thoughtful service - you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone's day better - supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community - get involved in all kinds of activities and events
