**Rate**: £45,000 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance
**This is an exciting opportunity to join us as our new Leadership and Management Trainer across our portfolio of homes.**
In this role, you’ll help us develop the leadership and management skills of our colleagues, to equip the current and future capability needs of the organisation.

We have 50 care homes across England that support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.

**About the role**
As a Leadership and Management** **Trainer** **with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll design and develop comprehensive training programmes that cover essential leadership and management competencies, tailored to the needs and goals of the business.
No two days will be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- creating engaging learning materials, including presentations, case studies, activities and assessments, to facilitate effective training sessions
- delivering training workshops, seminars and coaching sessions to enhance leadership and management skills across the business, creating a dynamic and interactive learning experience
- facilitating discussions, group activities and simulations to encourage active use of learning outcomes, and design and deploy embedding processes across the delegate groups
- offering relevant one-to-one coaching and mentoring to leaders and managers to address individual development needs, providing feedback and support on their growth journey
- evaluating the effectiveness of training through pre
- and post-assessments, surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in leadership and management development to enhance training offerings and support the learning culture
- collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals and priorities.

**About you**
Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
You’ll also have:
- a minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership/management role within learning and development, in a multi-site environment
- a track record of designing and implementing successful leadership development programmes in a complex organisation
- experience of managing people for a minimum of 2-3 years
- an understanding of learning theory and latest thinking around delivery methodologies
- a proven ability to inspire others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- a convincing and persuasive communicator, able to modify beliefs and opinions of teams as well as senior stakeholders, able to establish effective and collaborative relations across Exemplar Health Care and external agencies/stakeholders where required.
