We are now recruiting for a **Leisure Attendant** for our **Wychnor Park Country Club Resort** on the A38 between Lichfield and Burton on Trent.

As a **Leisure Attendant** you will be a part of a team of motivated and skilled team members to provide an effective and efficient function throughout the **Leisure Centre department**.

The main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Provide a safe and enjoyable leisure environment for our guests
- Ensure company policies and Health & Safety guidelines are understood and adhered to at all times by all users and employees in the Leisure Centre
- Check and monitor standards of cleanliness and rectify where necessary
- Be familiar with and able to advise guests on the safe usage of gym equipment
- Man the Leisure Centre Reception desk

Qualifications_, _skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:

- Previous experience in a Leisure Centre environment is advantageous
- Good / strong swimmer
- Hold the National Pool and Lifeguard Qualification or be willing to gain as a condition of employment
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
