Travel Consultant

Effective management of sales leads
- Liaise with Ops Team to handle all booking aspects, including accommodation, transportation and activities. (Processing cancellations and amendments)
- Arrange and deliver top quality and complex itineraries to Japan
- Cross-selling & upselling of all Japan Experience services and products
- Ensure client expectations are met, providing expert advice
- Excellent knowledge of the product offering available in the Japan Experience catalogue
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Japan (prefectures, infrastructure, attractions)
- Awareness of Japanese culture and society
- Must have travelled to Japan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
