Our Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards. You will be required to ensure that cleanliness within all areas of the business is maintained to the highest standard and in line with company expectations and core standards. It is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to communicate effectively with other employees and the public, also Liaising with other departments. The role requires an individual who has experience of managing, leading and developing people within a similar role in a 4-star hotel or similar.

- Maintain brand and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a safe environment, adhering to all health and safety requirements and security procedures
- Supervise cleanliness throughout the hotel (bedrooms, public areas, events spaces)
- Support Head Housekeeper with daily tasks & Deep cleaning Schedules
- Train and support members of the housekeeping team
- Ensure that all storage and back of house areas are kept clean, tidy and restocked
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- **Salary**_
- £11.50 per hour, 40hrs per week, full time
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role

Basic control of the English language and being legally permitted to work in the UK are a requirement for all our roles.
