**About the role**

The Rotherham Rapid Rehousing Team Leader will oversee all aspects of effective service delivery, including a group 4-bedroom house and semi-independent dispersed accommodation.

You will ensure the service meets all contractual and statutory obligations.

You will support and develop the staff team to ensure they deliver services in a strength-based way including trauma-informed care and a psychologically informed environment.

You will also maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, key statutory services, young people using the services and the wider public, representing Roundabout in a competent and professional manner at all times.
