ELFS Shared Services, is a business division of Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be an integral part of the ELFS Accounts Payable Team and will provide all aspects of Accounts payable/purchase ledger work including the prompt payment of invoices via the invoice workflow solution, ensuring daily interfaces are reviewed, reconciled and cleared.

Invoices in query are investigated including liaising with the supplier or requester of goods/services when necessary.

You will be an integral part of the ELFS Accounts Payable Team and will provide all aspects of Accounts payable/purchase ledger work including the prompt payment of invoices via the invoice workflow solution, supplier statement reconciliations and aged creditor analysis etc.

The key characteristic of the Accounts Payable Team is to deliver a high quality service underpinned by professionalism and first class customer care.

This is achieved by working closely with other internal teams and partner organisations to ensure we exceed expectations and deliver satisfaction.

All duties are carried out in accordance with ELFS procedural guidelines and client organisations Standing Financial Instructions (SFI’s).

You will require strong customer service skills as well as excellent keyboard skills. Speed and accuracy are essential as you will have to undertake significant data input duties, including the electronic retrieval of data from computerised systems.
