Negotiator (Isda)

Responsible for complete documentation process from drafting, reviewing and negotiating to execution & filing of the CDEA, ISDA/CSA, ancillary documents such as novations and related regulatory initial margin documents;
- Experience in Commodity transaction related documents desirable - e.g. power and gas a annexes, EFETS, NAESBs, Power Purchase and Sale Agreements etc. Review of legal opinions on netting and collateral enforceability including liaising with external counsel;
- Development and execution of negotiation strategies, outside of a playbook, to balance client and company needs
- Independently lead complex and/or sensitive negotiations for high profile clients;
- Working closely with the Franchise and Prime business, in particular (Franchise) New Business Group and Client Services
- Provide mentoring, training and coaching for junior team members;
- Responding to queries on the master documentation from various departments including the front office;
- Ongoing opportunity to challenge existing controls/processes and leverage your experience to identify risks and improve the effectiveness of the team; and
- Develop and nurture relationships across the firm to build consensus and execute on initiatives;
- Actively participate in community engagements to foster PDO’s culture of support and inclusiveness.
**Salary**: £300.00-£400.00 per day
