Active Training Team Ltd are a London-based company who use experiential and immersive training to bring about behavioural change in people and organisations. Our training combines interactive experiences, film, drama, live action and facilitated discussion. ATT have created an immersive, theatre-based, one-day induction day for a large infrastructure project. The location for this induction centre is in Middleplatt Road, Immingham, DN40

**JOB SUMMARY**:
We’re seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our freelance team. They will provide a friendly and welcoming environment for the participants and to ensure their safety and comfort throughout their visit to the centre. This is a client, participant, and public facing role.

**SHIFTS/SCHEDULING**:
We require casual freelance front-of-house/usher staff on a rota basis to work full-days, shifts starting at 07.45hrs-17.15hrs. Number of days-per-week fluctuates according to client’s needs; we rota staff on a monthly basis to allow of flexibility.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet participants and provide them with information about the day.
- Guiding participants in groups throughout the immersive centre.
- To ensure that all areas, are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- To be on hand to assist the participants with guidance and reassurance throughout the day.
- To assist with stock checks of costume, props, general kit, consumables, supplies etc.
- Setting up rooms including arranging tables, chairs and other props as necessary.
- To be familiar with all evacuation and emergency procedures and assist with these as required.
- To always ensure your own health and safety and that of all others within the centre.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A confident and positive approach to customer service
- Experience working in a busy venue.
- An interest in the performing arts, or events, or production, or stage management.
