Are you an energetic and driven individual with a passion for sales? Do you want to be part of a company that specialises in providing sustainable solutions for insulation and heating systems? Look no further We are seeking an experienced telesales agent to join our client’s dynamic team.

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales over the phone. You will build lasting customer relationships and promote their innovative and sustainable insulation and heating solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact existing enquiries to qualify their requirements and book quote/survey visits for our surveyors
- Make sure surveyor dairies are fully booked and well organised
- Successfully complete all jobs in the time allocated - Coordinate and collate all information in the appropriate way to ensure jobs are dealt with effectively, allowing a smooth customer journey
- Report to the office manager any issues which require further investigation
- Update our CRM system with call logs and appropriate customer notes
- Manage relationships with existing lead providers
- Research and develop relationships with new lead suppliers
- Contact clients who have been quoted, enquire if they wish to place an order, overcome any objections, and close the sale.
- Create ideas for client incentive/competitions etc to encourage sales
- Complete own administrative tasks during the sales process
- Updating the Dashboard and reporting daily to line manager
