We have a great opportunity to join our team in Abergavenny as a member of our Back of House team in a restaurant with an excellent reputation for our food inspired by the southern coasts of Italy.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable individual who will fit in with the team and ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. You must be able to work weekends and evenings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Skills**:

- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
