**About the role**:
Due to demand within the team we are recruiting for a Transport Planner. Reporting into the Planning Supervisor you wll be working in a friendly and engaging team where you will have close engagement with the Warehouse and Production teams to ensure all shipments leave on time.

You will be liaising with a range of haulers to organize transport for around 100 shipments a day to our suppliers in the UK, EU and APAC. The role requires a keen eye for detail as you will need to make sure the correct labels are on the shipments and that dangerous goods are on the correct wagons.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Managing and arranging export deliveries (outside of EU)
- Booking containers and arranging collections for EXW orders
- Creating necessary documentations
- Obtaining certifications from relevant parties
- Look at solutions to any issues with shipments
- Making sure all shipping costs and invoices are dealt with on time

**What do I need to be successful?**:
In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences. In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a Logistics and Transport role.
- SAP transport knowledge
- Outside of EU export planning
- Good understanding of the regulations and documentations requirements
- Dangerous goods knowledge desired but not necessary
