**Ledger Administrator**

Office based role

Location: Hull

**Salary**: £20,475

Hours: Mon-Fri

Grafton Recruitment are looking for a Ledger Administrator to work for one of their busy and successful clients in the Hull area.

**The role**:

- Helping with the organising and processing of Company Ledgering paperwork and promote efficiency within the company
- To promote audit trail for all accounting paperwork
- Review and enter/check Engineer time sheets in conjunction with depot manager and post to computer system
- Issuing invoices
- Telephone Answering; Internal and external calls, message taking
- Use of Microsoft Offices
- Purchase invoice verification and checking
- Batch input, checking to PO & GRN
- Use of streamline terminal for processing credit and debit card payments
- Petty cash control/reconciliation and cash banking
- General Administration duties

**You will need**:
