**The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a confident and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about working with students in an ASD school who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum. The role will require you to work closelywith students across KS3 & KS4, on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You will need to build a rapport with the students by providing academic and emotional support, encouraging them to take an independent approach to their learning. Due to the needs of the students,the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum and have challenging behaviour. This role requires a full-time commitment on a long-term basis.
**ASD School - SEN Teaching Assistant
**This thriving ASD school is located in Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years of age with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 210 students who attend the school, with class sizes varyingbetween 8-10 students along with 2 teaching assistants. This SEN school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
