Brook Street are proud to be recruiting for a full time Temporary Resourcing Administrator on behalf of a well established organisation in the heart of Bradford city centre. Salary would be up to £12.86 p/h (dependant on experience).

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To be responsible for co-ordinating the recruitment advertising process, liaising with recruiting managers, and uploading vacancies to multiple platforms to ensure that advertisements appear in the requested media in a timely manner.
- To receive, action and monitor recruitment administration requests submitted via ServiceNow, the department's service management platform, within agreed service level response times.
- To be responsible for all day-to-day administrative duties associated with recruiting temporary workers and placing them into assignments across the University.
- Provide first line advice to staff on HR policies, procedures and guidelines linked to temporary staffing process and policy, escalating to the appropriate level as required
- Receive requests from with hiring managers for new temporary assignments to be filled. Matching requests to appropriate temporary workers who are registered on the University's temporary staffing pool.
- Responsible for ensuring that HR forms are completed correctly to ensure an appropriate audit trail is created for each vacancy.
- Organise and co-ordinate interviews as directed by the Resourcing Manager, including venue and catering arrangements and preparation and distribution of papers; as well as attendance as required providing administrative support.
- Maintain up to date and accurate recruitment data using our bespoke applicant tracking system and excel spreadsheet.
- To be responsible for ensuring that all right to work employment checks have been carried out and are recorded as required, ensuring compliance with immigration legislation
- Using the HR management system Resource Link, create and maintain employee staff records
- Review and process requests for DBS checks, ensuring the appropriate level of check is carried out and keeping a record of checks and all other appropriate information in line with the guidance.
- To develop knowledge of remain up to date with current and proposed legislation and regulatory requirements and good practice.
- To co-operate with audits and inspections to ensure high standards of customer services and the protection of vulnerable people as appropriate through recruitment.
- To promote the University of Bradford as an employer of choice through public perception of recruitment services.
