The Role: Workwear Associate

**Salary**: £12.16phr

Location: Swindon

Status: Temporary to Permanent - Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30

The Role

The role is to support and ensure an excellent Customer experience for all on-site work wear requirements, reporting to the Account Manager you will be required to cover the following:

- Collection and distribution of Laundry at multiple locations on site
- Liaise with Laundry provider as required
- Maintaining locker inventory
- Order Processing & Order Query Resolution (incl. Order Picking & Packing)
- Order confirming and order chasing
- Order / delivery receipt tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
- Stock Counting / Stock Taking
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all 'Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our Legendary Service ethos
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Submission of reports and KPI information within timescales
- Processing Returns
- Act as point of contact on site
- Computer Literate: knowledge of excel, outlook etc.
