As Bartender you will bring with you a thorough knowledge of market-leading wine, spirits and beers, as well as cocktail-making experience in a quality hospitality environment. An excellent and confident communicator, you will motivate the people around you, working with our Bar Manager to surpass the exceptional standards of service and quality that Rocco Forte guests expect.

In turn, you will be given the support to hone your skills as a drinks specialist, with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development. Ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
