**MATERNITY COVER: Fixed Term Contract (with Potential for Permanent Role)**

We are looking for a Patient Service Adviser to join our friendly team and to work on the front reception desk and telephones
- 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday shifts vary between 8am
- 6pm

Applicants should have a good telephone manner, customer service skills and IT skills. Previous experience in a General Practice setting would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful applicant

Effectively communicate with patients face to face and over the telephone.
- Provide information in response to enquiries, concerns, and requests about NHS/practice services.
- Undertake care navigation responsibilities to direct patients to the most appropriate service and/or healthcare professional
- Record and communicate information accurately
- Follow protocols and policies to ensure working in an efficient and courteous manner at all times.
- Undertake and participate in relevant and mandatory training to support your own professional development and the role of patient service adviser

A second language would be desirable but not essential for this role

**Salary**: £10.37-£10.90 per hour
