Engagement: Freelance (Outside IR35)

Day rate: £200-£300 depending on experience

The company is renowned civils contractor who have a very exciting position for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to join a company with a great track record of promoting their people to more senior positions.

**Key responsibilities for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role**:

- Assist Project Quantity Surveyors in preparation of interim and final accounts.
- Assist Project Quantity Surveyors in sub-contract procurement ensuring best value.
- Assist Project Quantity Surveyors in sub-contract valuations and final accounts.

**Experience required for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role**:

- Be able to work clearly and accurately under pressure and to tight timescales.
- Be able to think logically and laterally.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
