**PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a prison. You will be required to undergo an enhanced security vetting process if you are to be successful for this position.**

No two days on our HMPPS contract are the same As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- As the floating Supervisor for both the Stocken and Oakham Workshop you will work from a planned rota in direct support to either Workshop on assigned days
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the Warehouse Operation (based onsite at the Prison)
- Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the Prisoners whilst they are at work
- Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as Prison rules and regulations
- Staff training and inductions
- Meeting and exceeding operational targets

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Previous experience leading, managing or supervising a team
- IT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting
- Have a can-do attitude, right first time and passionate approach
- Enhanced security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role
