**Role Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating effectively with the other engineers in your squad, tribe and cross tribe
- Analysing of user stories in close collaboration with different stakeholders
- Developing user stories as working software in team-oriented collaboration in an agile way
- Designing and developing software modules and business process logic
- Taking the total ownership regarding scope, content and quality
- Coaching and guiding of fellow engineers

**Person Specification**

Essential skills will include:

- Solid programming skills in C#, SQL, VB.Net, including writing unit and integration tests
- Ability to self-upskill on new technologies and programming languages
- Previous experience on an Agile environment
- Confident and effective handling of internal customer relationships at whatever levels
- A passion for delivering innovative software development solutions.
- Ability to plan and manage own work items, identify risks and escalate appropriately.
