Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

We are looking for an Extra Care Scheme Officer to join our Care & Independent Living Team (C&IL) to help us deliver a first-class housing management service to the residents and customers of Green Meadows.

The Extra Care Scheme Officer will be responsible for delivering excellent scheme and facilities management to ensure a high-quality service is provided to residents and customers to support them to remain independent in their homes and within the wider community.

We are looking for a strong team player who can communicate well with their colleagues and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. You will also need great organisational skills and a natural empathy for building relationships with people.

You will need a valid driving licence or the ability to effectively and efficiently visit company offices and properties

The location

Green Meadows is our flagship extra care scheme that opened in 2021. The scheme has been built to a high specification. All the flats and communal areas have been designed with the residents needs in mind.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience of supervising staff
- Good understanding of ‘housing management’
- Understanding of the diverse needs of vulnerable people
- Experience of providing excellent customer care
