Café Supervisor

**Working hours**: Minimum 20hrs per week, to be worked 10 am-2 pm Mon-Fri

**Location**: St Sebastian Community Centre, 1 Douglas Green, Salford, M6 6ES

**About**: SDC Trading is seeking to recruit an experienced Café Supervisor to provide high-quality food and hospitality services to customers and visitors to St Sebastian’s Centre.

**Role**: The Café Supervisor will take a lead role in preparing and serving food and beverage in the cafe and hospitality functions of the Centre as required. They will coordinate and maintain appropriate stock levels of consumable and non-consumable items necessary to provide the catering services and to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. They will supervise serving and cleaning staff when required and will also have responsibility for supervising the premises.
