Ks2 Behaviour Mentor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated KS2 Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Harlesden, Greater London. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with children across KS2 and provide the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

While no formal qualifications are needed for this role, we encourage individuals who have achieved a Grade C or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English or Math to apply. Previous experience working with children who showcase challenging behaviour is also beneficial, as it will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in this position.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop positive relationships with students, provide guidance and support when needed, and implement effective behaviour management strategies. Your ability to engage with students, build rapport, and understand their individual needs will be key to your success in this role.

As a KS2 Behaviour Mentor, you will be offered a pay rate of £81.76. This position is a long-term fixed contract, providing stability and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
