**Position: Learning Support Assistant** (MUST BE TEAM TEACH TRAINED)

**Location: Camden**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM**

**Year Group: Year 3**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Learning Support Assistant, your main focus will be supporting students in Year 3 who may present challenging behaviour. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher, providing one-on-one or small group support, and implementing strategies to help students overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Team Teach training is essential to excel in this role, as it equips you with valuable tools and techniques to manage challenging behaviour effectively.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Team Teach Trained**:You should be Team Teach trained to effectively manage challenging behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
- **Availability**: Your availability to work five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 4:00 PM, is essential to meet the needs of our students consistently.
- **Passion for Education**: An enthusiastic and dedicated approach to helping students succeed, coupled with a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
- **Empathy and Patience**: A compassionate and patient nature to understand and support the unique needs of each child.
- **Team Player**: The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
