Head Bartender

We are seeking a passionate Head Bartender for a fantastic four star Hotel and Spa based in Leicester.

Salary - £25,000 - £26,000

Working hours between 3pm and Midnight.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain excellent service standards and ensure there is always a welcoming presence in the bar areas.
- Ensure all prep and setup has been completed before opening.
- Lead by example in delivering an excellent service experience and serving drinks that exceed expectations.
- Ensure completion of daily checklists.
- Make recommendations for any areas requiring improvement.
- Keep a close eye on service and work to spot any guest dissatisfaction and pro-actively act to resolve before this escalates into a more formal complaint.
- Ensure Menu’s/Drinks list and all other signage meet the required standards, seeking Manager approval before display.
- Ensure you lead by example with regard to safe levels of alcohol consumption by our guests, pro-actively monitor guest behavior and react as required to avoid any

challenging impact on other guests, or team members.
- Support the Acting Manager with driving a focus on excellence, utilising guest

feedback to action all opportunities to improve standards and the service experience.

About you:

- Previous experience in a Head Bartender role
- Experience in cocktail making
- Previous experience working in a similar property
