**Job description**

We require a highly motivated Assembly and Dispatch Operater to join our busy team in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing kitting and material flow for team
- Ensuring all components (laser, tube, fold, machined and purchased) are present for jobs
- Deliver new kits and remove completed kits from bays, ensuring a steady flow of work.
- Work with team lead to ensure orders are kitted in advance of production schedules.
- Final assembly of components prior to dispatch and complete quality checks.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Essential Skills**
- Ability to read engineering drawings required
- Good work ethic with excellent attention to detail required

**Desirable Skills**
- Welding knowledge desirable but not essential
- Ability to problem solve and improve production processes desirable

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
