Line Leader

We are seeking **Line leaders** for our client based in **Strabane**

**Pay Rate**:£10.50 per hour + Holiday Pay

**Hours Per Week**: 40

**Working Hours**:2 different shifts available: 11am - 8pm 2.30pm - 11.30pm

**Job Type**:Full time, Permanent Positions

**Job Criteria**:

- Previous relevant food manufacturing experience
- Previous team leading/ supervisory experience essential
- Good PC skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize, organize and work independently with mínimal supervision and remain productive at all times
- Good Team Player

**Job Duties**:

- Managing, leading and monitoring a team of employees
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules through planning and organizing work and manpower
- Ensure production targets are met in order to fulfil customer requirements
- Performing quality checks and audits to ensure food hygiene and quality standards are maintained at all times
- Identifying, rectifying & reporting production issues
- Communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team during regular meetings
- Motivating team members and assessing their performance
- Ensure full Compliance and Food Safety from the team
- Leading and build the skills of the team
- Ensuring the team adhere to Health and Safety procedures and practice at all times
