Sales Negotiator and/or Valuer to carry out market appraisals, register buyers, sellers and carry out viewings. Negotiate sales, liaise with solicitors on those sales to progress sale to a successful completion and cross sell our ancillary services to buyers and sellers.

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truro, TR1 2LS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
