**Job Description**:
Teledyne is looking for a Business Graduate to join its Lincoln Energetics business based at Sadler Road, Lincoln.

Within this role you will assist the Senior Management Team with business planning and execution, to achieve the site delivery and financial objectives for highly technical products and services.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
- Operation planning - Working alongside the Procurement Manager, Project Manager and Manufacturing Manager, based upon orderbook and site capacity, maintain full year operating plan. Will include assisting with scheduling of production orders in SAP, maintaining purchase orders and collating project milestone plans.- Revenue planning - Working with the Finance Business Partner and based upon operating plan. Maintain full year revenue plan based upon mix of standard product, ASC606 projects and milestone projects.- Support Project Manager and Manufacturing Manager reporting on and forecasting of programme finances.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:- Highly motivated.- A continuous improvement and process-oriented mind set.- Some knowledge of standard Business Processes.- Good persuasive communication, influencing and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
