Overview:
As a Project Coordinator at SoConnect Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, coordinating, and delivering internet, IT, and communication services to our valued business customers. Leveraging the latest technology and systems at our disposal, you will ensure the provision of high-quality, value-added customer service. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, suppliers, line managers, and customers to maintain project alignment and uphold schedules through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Broadband Project Management: Manage select broadband projects such as FTTP and Leased Line provisioning. Act as a crucial link between Project Managers overseeing larger ITMS projects and the Connectivity Team handling simple broadband orders and ceases.
- Project Support: Serve as a resource on Project Manager's projects. Responsibilities include tracking progress, gathering customer information, handling basic configurations, and facilitating equipment orders (when not handled by Procurement).
- Customer Expectations: Ensure that customer expectations are clearly defined and met within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Project Handovers: Evaluate new project handovers and oversee the acceptance into the Projects department.
- Project Initiation: Undertake project initiation work and provide administrative support as needed.
- Project Closure: Assist in project closure activities, including seamless handovers to support teams and aiding in the creation of necessary project documentation.
- Billing Coordination: Coordinate billing processes, ensuring accurate handovers to the Finance department.
- Light Projects Support: Assist the Connectivity team with 'Light Projects' as required.
- Configuration and Testing: Configure and test hardware and services as per customer orders, troubleshooting and resolving issues with newly provisioned services.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure all customer requirements can be delivered within agreed timescales.
- KPI Targets: Contribute to and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, ensuring optimal team performance.
- Cross-Team Support: Provide support to other teams as needed, emphasising a "one team" approach at all times.
- Training: Facilitate the training of new team members on company and team processes and policies.

**Duration**: Permanent, upon completion of 3 month probationary period.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
