**The Role**

**Product Analyst
- Salesforce**

Are you a Product Analyst/ Business Analyst who is passionate about digital transformation in the manufacturing environment? Are you looking for a new role where you can really develop and make a lasting impact at a large, multi site organisation?

At **Saint Gobain Digital we are looking a Product Analyst to join a newly created team. In this role you will specialise in Salesforce CRM Technology.**

This Product Analyst role report directly to the Product Owner and you'll work along side two other Product Analyst. This is a newly created team where you will ownership for completing business analysis to define the end to end requirements of the Salesforcefunction

This a home based role where you will have the opportunity to go out and meet senior stakeholders from our fantastic brands (including British Gypsum, Artex and Isover). Due to location of our manufacturing facilities someone based in the Midlands wouldbe ideally located.

**Essential requirements**
- Experience within a similar role in the manufacturing industry would be essential for this role
- Experience using Salesforce
- Relevant degree or degree calibre through experience
- Experienced in Scrum
- Experience in user journey mapping

**What you will be doing**:
As Product Analyst you will work closely with the Product Manager on specific projects.

Some key duties may include:

- Ownership of requirements from inception to business adoption of solutions
- Defining, analysing and documenting the problem space
- Identification of key stakeholders across the business for new functionality
- Leading the gathering of requirements for new functionality
