Sales Progressor

**THE ROLE**

We are looking to recruit a hard-working and positive individual to join our fast growing small business - the role we are recruiting for is a Sales Progressor and Administrator.

The role offers between 12-16 hours per week, spread over Monday, Wednesday or Thursday (between 10am-4pm or 9am-5pm). This is a flexible role, so an applicant could request shorter days and spread the hours out if preferred. There is potential to increase amount of hours/days, and develop the role into a full time position in the future.

**Sales Progressor Duties**
- Progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Updating and maintaining running sales files.
- Showing persistence when required to ensure the exchange deadline is met.

**Administrator Duties**
- Sales memorandums
- Raising contracts and invoices
- Updating the sales CRM
- Assisting Founder Justin in daily tasks

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
- **Prior knowledge of the conveyancing process would be helpful**:

- Fluent in English
