Manufacturing Foreman

We have an exciting opportunity for a foreman to join a well-established team based in building 1 this is a full-time permanent opportunity.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 07:00am to 16.00pm and Friday 07:00am -13:00pm however at times your working hours may vary to accommodate the operational demands. **Key responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure the working practices and duties are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Identify and plan training for the production team to ensure a minimum qualified level of resources is met to achieve the business needs.
- Ensuing all processes are followed in full on all aspects of the job role.
- Lead, motivate and influence team members to achieve the daily quality and production targets.
- Maintain good employee morale, lead by example.
- Partner departmental functions within the business to ensure smooth operating practice.
- Share shift performance with the team and management
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the production environment.

**Skills/Knowledge**
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- A passion for making a positive difference with integrity, teamwork determination and pride.
- Previous UPVC experience in manufacturing windows and doors desirable
