**The Company**

Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for luxury multi-brand retail business serving the world's best premium, luxury and sports brands globally.

**The Role**

The Visual Merchandising & New Store Opening Coordinator will focus on overall store design to customer experiences also support on admin and communication with the New Project Manager heading up the drive for change.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handling overall project administration.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports using in-house management systems.
- Provide support to managers on brand and store communications and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with brand vendors.
- Support in New Store & Refits by site visits to suggest changes or solutions in the projects.
- Approvals on Graphics packs
- Co
- ordinating projects for Visual Merchandising and Commercial Projects to analyse and reform VM strategy.

**Key requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in a visual project coordinator/ administrator preferably within a Retail sector.
- Ideally have worked in Visual or Graphic design
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office.
- Prepared to travel to stores/sites when required.
- Must have a critical eye for detail and micro-management.
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
